Manage my subscription
Everything about managing your Unboared subscription, invoices, and cancellation.
Access your account page
Go to console.unboared.com/account and log in. You will find all the options related to your subscription there.
Manage your subscription
From your account page, click on Manage my subscription. You will be redirected to your management portal where you can:
- View your current plan and the next billing date
- Update your payment method (credit card)
- View and download your invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Retrieve your invoices
Your invoices are available in the subscription management portal. You can download them as PDF files for your accounting records.
If you cannot access the management portal, try from a different browser. You can also send us an email at contact@unboared.com and we will forward your invoices directly.
Cancel
The Unboared subscription is commitment-free. You can cancel at any time:
- Go to console.unboared.com/account
- Click on Manage my subscription
- Click on Cancel subscription
Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Reactivate after cancellation
If you want to resubscribe after cancelling (for example at the start of a new season), go to console.unboared.com and follow the resubscription process. Your venue and data will be preserved.
For seasonal use (campgrounds, beach venues, resorts, etc.), feel free to cancel at the end of the season and resubscribe when the next one starts. It is designed for that.
