When contacting us about a technical issue, help us get back to you faster by including:
- What's happening: describe the problem as precisely as possible
- Which game is affected (if applicable)
- Which browser you're using on the computer (Chrome, Safari, Firefox...)
- The player's phone type (iPhone or Android)
- How long the issue has been occurring
A screenshot or a short video of the problem helps us understand and resolve it much faster.
