The equipment required to get Unboared running at your venue.
The essentials
To use Unboared, you need:

| An HDMI cable | To connect your computer to the TV or projector. |
| A TV or screen | Any size works. The bigger, the more visible and engaging. |
| An internet connection | Stable WiFi preferred. Players use their own connection (WiFi or mobile data). |
Players only need their phone and an internet connection. No app to download.
Recommended (optional)
- An external speaker: for game audio, especially during the Blind Test. The computer's built-in speakers are often too quiet for a bar.
- A microphone: if you're actively hosting the evening, a mic will help you be heard more easily.
Recommended browser
We recommend Google Chrome on the computer displaying the game on the TV. It offers the best compatibility with Unboared.
Safari on Mac can sometimes cause audio issues with certain games. Use Chrome for the best experience.
On the player side
Players simply need:
- A smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- An internet connection (venue WiFi or mobile data)
- A web browser (the default one works fine)
