Gloofy Pop

Vertical platform game. Jump as high as possible by chaining platforms together.

At a glance

How it works

Each player controls a character that must jump from platform to platform to climb as high as possible. The concept is similar to Doodle Jump: platforms scroll downward, and if you fall, it's game over.

Players control their character by tilting their phone left and right (like a steering wheel) and tapping the screen to jump.

How a game plays out

Setup

You can adjust the game duration. We recommend around 15 minutes for a full session.

During the game

1. All players appear at the bottom of the screen
2. Each player tilts their phone to steer their character
3. They tap the screen to jump onto platforms
4. Platforms become more spread out the higher you go
5. Some platforms are special (bouncy, disappearing...)
6. Players who fall are eliminated

End of the game

The leaderboard is displayed based on the maximum height reached by each player.

Hosting tips

At the start: "It's Gloofy Pop! Tilt your phone to move and tap to jump. The goal: climb as high as you can without falling. Let's go!"

During the game:

• Comment on the race: "We've got a player past the 100-meter mark!"
• Call out mega-jumps and spectacular moments
• Encourage eliminated players to cheer on the survivors

In case of a tie: Suggest a bonus round between tied players with a shorter duration.
